The Tale of the Tailless Cat

"The Tailess Cat"A Tale of the Tailless Cat

Melody needed a home.

She picked the cute yellow house on the corner.

The lady fed her and groomed her.

Melody slept outside.  She hated the thunderstorms.

The lady let Melody in to dry off, but she still slept outside.

One day, the mean old cat walked Melody to the street.

“WATCH OUT!  A CAR!”

It scared the lady so much, that Melody got to sleep inside that night.

A few years have passed, and Melody still gets to sleep inside.
